Exclamation for anyone with under 50 posts!!!!

if you are about to post a new thread and have under 50 posts, READ THIS!!!

DAHIMI ------- If you don't see your idea in the sticky, use the search function. Here is a great guide on how to use it:
    http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...ing-the-Forums

Read the threads that come up and decide if you have anything new to add to the discussion. If you do, consider posting to one of the already existing threads.

Does your idea contain the following words or phrases: "Bank", "Market Place", "Donate Resources", "Vault", "Multiple Builders", "Search Filter", "Gem Mine", "Exchange"?

If so, it's bad. Trust me.

Are you going to be the automated PSA person that people will likely ignore, just like the sticky threads?

That's why I'm trying to get my 'Newbie Catch' idea into the forum's programing (currently in signature).

Sure I claim it is the best idea, not because I made it, because I haven't found any better after working on this issue with the Newbie spam weeks (months?) ago.

It has stood up to per review so far, but I'm sure there are some flaws in it that have been missed. Did realize one, and posted a fix, but need to update the first post with it still.

Another idea has been posted, and while not something that can be added to my idea directly, is still nonetheless a good one to have in! They aren't mutually exclusive, so why not!?

Anyway, look over, see what you think, check out the shot down ideas, since those are important too, and give whatever feedback you can.

I'm sure you'd like a bot that does the PSA work for you And that is partly what my idea is, grabbing them as they hit the New Thread button.

I gotta say relax bro. It is like this on every forum that has been around for ages so get over it. People who have been here forever and clearly have to much time on their hands get mad they have to read new threads about stuff they have previously dicussed. New people shouldn't have to read through thousands of threads just to please you when all you have to do is stop by and say to yourself " Oh, I have talked about this before and I will go find another thread". Seriously though is it that hard to not read a thread on a forum about a cellphone game so that new members can discuss what they feel like. I am not saying this to be rude but if you have read all these threads so many times that is makes you mad that you have to read a repeat then you clearly spend to much time here.

I personally prefer Volunteer Forum Reporter (Or jokingly Self Appointed Policeman of the forum. S.A.P. for short) since a Moderator can move, delete, and modfy things on the forum, while trying to keep the peace. I can't do any of those modifications, except on my own posts, so all I do is just report to the Mods for them, since they can't be everywhere at once. Also Newbie Friendly 'Bad News' Breaker, since I seem to be one of the few people here with patience, most times (not all the times) with newbies posting good, but otherwise overly talked about ideas. Can't totaly blame them for not knowing; there is just too much stuff to look at and too many need to know rules right from the start to take in all at once. They just want to post thier idea and help things out... which ironicly doesn't help 9 times out of 10. Which is why I'm working on the Newbie Catch idea, to help bring new people up to speed on things and truely help.

I'm better than some of the other regulars forum users, and when able, I try to rush to a new post, explain in a nice way what needs to be explained, and try to keep them from getting miffed by the usual blunt welcome wagon around here. But I can only do so much.

Actually I don't recall any of us active people here are self appointed mods? We may report threads and say its ruled out; but if we didn't... Who will? I don't see an issue with users managing this section since it is based off user feedback.

I think you should be required to have 50 post before you can post here tbh

Who will do it? Maybe the actual forum mods can take care of it if it's a problem.

Someone posts an idea and instead of letting it just drop down the list if it's ruled out or excessively suggested it gets 27 replies bashing him for it. Seems you guys are confused what the actual problem is. I believe a sticky is required for the self appointed forum police.

Many of you are rude and certainly not very welcoming of SC customers.
