Search and Attack, Troops Production less in time, New Hero, etc

I wish i could find my friend and attack his base not only for automatic searching battle/ random invading,
and i wish the Troops Production must lessen the time, to search friend and invade his village and. to make it fast and much enjoyable moment, and make some easiest way to buy gems make it a little bit more affordable. Etc i will look forward for this feature of the coc game.

So let me divide the points up

1. Finding friends and attacking base
-You could team up and have a constant stream of inactive bases
-TH10s could get their alternate accounts to friend them. The TH10 would just fill up their storages and collectors, place them outside his/her base, then hop onto their other account and raid their own TH10 base.
-Worst idea ever... period.

2. Troop production time lessened
-Gem your speed... Simple as that
-If you are thinking, "but I don't have gems! I'm going to have to pay money!" That's what gem boxes are for genius... one gem box gives you 2 barracks boosted for 2 hours.

3. Cheaper gems
-Goodness gracious.... you think the developers get free housing, food, shelter, water, electricity, appliances, heat, education?

Seriously consider your suggestions before inputting them...
