My name is DP and my clans name is WaR DoGZ. Our tag is #8UY8JYGV. We are a lvl3 Clan with 60 war wins. We currently have 30 members and are looking for another 5-15 members to join us. We have a great system in place and are looking for additional members so we can climb the clan levels faster. We have 3 TH10 with 6 TH9 and almost everyone else is TH8. We do not have rushed TH as even our th9 guys have upgraded golems, witches, hogs, etc. We are looking for TH8 players or low th9 players because we want to add to our core, not our top. Because we r so solid top to bottom, we win almost every war. Almost every th8 player has lvl 6 air d and lvl 3 drags.
We are also very successful because of our structure. Our leaders average 4,000-6,000 donations every 2 weeks. We are very very active. We war constantly but only every other war is mandatory. We do smaller wars of 10 vs 10 or 15 vs 15 in between our regular wars so we can gain the maximum clan xp.
This is how we operate- for war, we all attack one rank below our ranking for first attack. For example our #1 hits their #2. Our #2 hits their #3, etc. we have found this to be very effective and that way everyone has 24 hrs to plan their first attack. Also for war attacks, u must be specific in ur troop requests. We write, "Lvl 5 and up Wizs for War" or "Max level Balloons for WAR"or whatever u want and we always give those troops for WAR attacks. When u are farming, we require u to write "non war" in ur troop requests and everyone will fill u up with whatever troops they have available. We keep cc's full this way.
Another reason we are very successful is almost all of us work together. We are US Army Paratroopers who are very competitive and love to win. Because we know each other, we r very reliable and participation in war is always maximum. We also have wives, girlfriends, brothers and cousins in the clan so we value RESPECT. Any sort of disrespect is an immediate dismissal from the clan. The Bottom Line is our clan is money. All we do is win win win.
