marking on war map

I was just thinking not everybody is active in clanchat, and most don't even bother to check who is targeting who before attacking so I thought it would be nice if you could mark people’s villages on the war map to let your clan members know that you are targeting that village. Just to be clear this does not need to hinder them from attacking just let them know that another member of the alliance was planning to attack that village.(IDK wether or not this idea was ruled out before it was not on/i could not find it on the stickies page).

Clan wars is about participating. It makes everyone attacked a base before it is 3 starred by someone else.

This is requested often, and if it's a problem in your clan, discipline your clanmates if they are bad and attack random people
