Derby Still Not Working Correctly

We were first, with several 1000 points to spare. And we didnt get the prize. Horse shoe prizes, but not the other. And it showed a nr. 13 medal.

our neighbourhood finished first with over 33000 points and it only show the 2nd team with about 900 points, on the end screen it showed out NH as finished 4th,

Thought 30 seconds before derby ended it showed us we were number 1 in rank, we finished as number 4.
Ok, claimed the horseshoe prizes, though lot of my neighbors didn;t!
Started a new task as the derby started again, picked up a mining on, 85 ore for over 300 points. No points were added, and as u can see in the attached image, lost a task!!!

So, dear SC. Lots of my neighbors are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off about this!
So,fixed this bug, or take definitely the derby out!
It;s a waste of time!

Same here. We finished 1st with close to 25000 points. Second place had only 6000 points and 6 neighbourhoods had zero points.
At the end of the derby the screen tells me we finished 15th. ♥♥♥???

Same problem in our neighborhood. Crushing!

Also got no prizes....said we finished 12 when we were 2nd.....others in nh got correct prizes though......

The new derby just started. It wants me to pick a task, but it will not let me pick prizes for the last derby. We came in first, and we did not receive our cup or extra prizes.

Same for me, not sure yet if other neighbours in our NH are having the same problem.

So the old derby ended. Our neighbourhood was first and prizes came too.
Then after I claimed all my prizes I select new task for my derby and started doing it.
After few minutes, I went to check my derby task again and it got reset, the task I chose were gone and I lost 1 derby task which is a big deal since the total we could get is 5.
Please fix the problem.

I experienced the exact same issue. I got my prizes then started new task to find it suddenly got reset. You should be able to claim your prizes at any time the derby finishes and start a new game.
i now have 4/5 with no credit of the first task. Everyone in nh is very annoyed and is giving up on sc doing this right. I found in my experience sc don't volunteer to replenish anything lost and it's about time people started leaving the game so it gains enough attention without the yes Sayers agreeing to anything sc dishes out.

Sc is responsible for their game and they should at least try to compensate where possible. Does anyone believe this was tested before releasing new featured? Seems no rigorous testing was involved by seeing how many bugs currently exist with this new feature.

Most of group were there, waiting for winners cup and extra rewards - nothing, nada, nought, zilch!

Won with over 30,000 points - only 2/15 horses in race - 2nd place had under 8,000 - we have been placed 8th!
Cant get rewards for last Derby either 😡

I have 3 farms in group, all have 3 columns of rewards to come, with 2x planks appearing in each column - that is 30 planks I have lost! - plus the additional 'winning place' rewards!

Another almighty mess up!

My friends group only had 2 horses running too, were 2nd, but placed 15th!

We have had loads of problems this morning with forum prizes being not given. I also picked a task and then it disappeared and said I have only 4 tasks left.

Supercell - please give everyone a reward each and restart the Derby asap

The derby weeks is over. But I can't claim my rewards, even there's no rewards available for me
