Derby Still Not Working Correctly

Completed a derby challenge but did receive my points. Please fix.

I was almost done derby fishing task (320points) ,wasted so many good hooks and poof.. the task just disappeared 😦 and shows that I can't do anymore jobs..smh

We are looking into all reported issues, but please report them directly to our support via the in-game settings menu. That way they become tickets for our QA. Thanks!

I notice that the "known bugs" report for the Derby does not address the incorrect placement of winners and lack of prizes. I wonder if there is one good reason to participate in Derby whilst the bugs are not solved.
Also, most surprising that not one word from Supercell address the fact that the races are starting immediately after one finished, not allowing anyone asleep or otherwise engaged at the time to claim their prizes. That I thought would be the easier thing to fix.

In my time zone the old Derby ends and the new Derby starts at 1:00 am. Most of our members are tucked into bed dreaming of unlimited barn space. lol. There should be a 24 hour period before the new Derby starts. This would allow members to claim their prizes, reorganize their thoughts, do a bit of inventory maintenance etc. BUT would give the programmers at HD some time to work on reported bugs BEFORE the next Derby starts.

Good point. If having non-stop Derby cycles is contributing to the prize problems, then I hope they consider installing breaks between Derbies.

I find it difficult to believe 10 or 12 Teams could still be at zero at the end of the week. Not one player from one Team had participated in the Derby???

Perhaps this related to the other bugs people are reporting about finishing first but suddenly finished 15th. I don't know.

I didn't receive any horseshoe or trophy prizes after the most recent derby, and that's what I saw too. Also, at the start of the second Derby, the field of NHs competing against us kept changing... about 4 times, I think. Over the course of a half-hour, I saw completely different NHs on the track, before it settled into a final field of 15.
