Derby Still Not Working Correctly

It sounds to me like it is displayed correctly.

The number of tasks shows the number of available tasks meaning the tasks you have left to do. If you're on your second task you have 3 out of 5 tasks left. It is not the number of completed / chosen tasks which would be 2/5.

When a derby starts you will notice it starts with 5/5 available tasks for you to do. I have to admit same thing confused me for a bit in the beginning.

When I stared said 1/5After first one was done said 3/5. What happened with 2/5? I got 4 tasks total! 3 times! I know what I finished( short tasks) I did buy extra task with diamonds, twice! Never again! 😤😤😤

Ok, so I have done four tasks. The board reflects I did 5. Also all of my more challenging tasks have changed to pretty darn lame tasks. I'm not giving diamonds for such weak tasks. Not a good way to produce revenue I have someone in my neighborhood...same issue. Can we get this right guys? Super frustrating :/

I have several neighbours with only 4 tasks available in the derby - iOS users.
So far we have gotten our prizes. Fingers crossed....

Please do something SC. This is frustrating.

In my NH we have also experienced that one of our members got task disappeared. Derby said that 5 was done when only 4 was done actually

Hey!

If you have experienced any kind of problems with the Derby, please reach out to our support from the in-game settings menu. That way we can look into the issue. Seems like the Derby worked fine for most players, but then some have had some problems getting the rewards.

Nick, I have had ticket open with support within 20 min of last derby ending for missing prizes for winning first place and for losing one task in new derby. No useful reply yet.

Our neighborhood also did not receive any reward from the last derby. The current one is impossible. We pick a task and finish it but don't get credit for it. Even though its complete it says we cant start a new task because we have one already started (even though its done). We have to trash it, don't get credit for it, lose one from our task limit and start another then same thing happens to the next task. Its doin this for everybody. Even though ive finished 3 tasks I cant check the progress tab because it says I have to start a task first. This derby is worthless at this point. My whole hood is just givin up on it.

Just completed a derby event, went to see my neighborhoods progress but it won't allow me click the global progress button? Says I need to start an event (which it shows half my hood is currently in progress doing). It also won't let me start a new event, says I'm already participating in one, even though I've already completed it. Any suggestions? Have restarted app multiple times!
Also no credit shows up for completed task..
