    Derby not working

We were in first place too in our neighborhood, then had a bunch of horseshoe prizes to pick from but when the derby ended, those horseshoes disappeared and we were not able to choose any prizes. This worked for us last time! Then, it told me that I had to pick a task in order to see the status when i had already completed a task in our new derby. I had to trash it even though I had successfully completed it. It wouldn't let me go to the screen where it shows your derby score. I still can't even though I'm now on task 3 (don't think the other two saved though). It tells me that I need to pick a task in order to see the derby scores- but I have chosen a task. Something's not right....

Same for our NH. Said we were 1st, derby finished and we got 9th. So confused. Also couldn't pick prizes. The derby is fun and our NH enjoys it but not if we get ripped off at the end of it!

Based on how hard we were going at it, and how many points we had I really question that. But even so, we should have got all 5 checkpoint rewards. We used up diamonds and so much farm product (not to mention our personal time) to do well at this derby and it totally failed us. Not impressed.
I think the impression that we were 5th was actually mistaken.. It was showing 5 horseshoes for all the checkpoints. It didn't say what place we were at all, except that we were always in first place.

Just like everyone else - Derby issues!

Members are also loosing their available tasks without actually completing them. Please fix this problem.
My neighbourhood had the same problem as everyone else. We won our Derby but didn't get any rewards, very frustrating after a lot of hard work! When I came onto my farm about an hour after the Derby finished a new one had started with no mention of our winning the last one and no horseshoes to collect. Started a new task and I can't go onto the globe tab to see the progress of the current Derby, it is telling me to select a task first, but I already have.

Please sort asap. We are going to abandon thr Derby until then.

    derby rewards missing

I know this is the same complaint that is being stated. ..but seriously....it's been hours and not even an oops we goofed and are working on it!

I can't claim derby rewards that were extremely hard earned, can't move on to my next task because it says I'm currently in a task that has been completed, and no score is being updated. The whole neighborhood is frustrated. I'm to the point of not doing anything on the game because I'm afraid to lose it.

    Fix the darn thing, please!!!!

    Bijltjesdag

In The Netherlands we have a saying called "bijltjesdag" ("axesday"), meaning something went wrong and someone should pay. You took this quite literaly with gining us axes.

Hope the Derby gets fixed soon. Thanks.

    our neighborhood has same problem

We had 5 horseshoes and nobody in neighborhood received any rewards. Also multiple players started new derby and had stasted on tasks and had the tasks disappear with no credit for being done but charged a task.

    Derby Problems

My neighborhood won the derby that just ended today. We had completed five columns on the horseshoe tab. When the derby ended, it said if we came in within the top three neighborhoods (which we did, we were first), we would receive prizes. A couple people in my neighborhood got prizes, but most people did not. One person took a new task in the new derby, started it, then the task disappeared and she has nothing to show for her work, and now can only perform four more tasks. We have all received 10 diamonds (which repays those of us who paid ten diamonds to be able to perform a sixth task) and five axes. Is this supposed to be our compensation for all the prizes we would have won in the derby? If so, I'm extremely disappointed. Like I said, the ten diamonds only repays us, and the five axes are a pitiful comparison to the prizes we should have received. I think we deserve more than that. Please let me know what is being done to resolve this issue, and what else will be done to compensate us fully.

    Thanks,
    Susan
