Derby Still Not Working Correctly

Same for me, not sure yet if other neighbours in our NH are having the same problem.

I feel 'insulted' by being sent 10 diamonds! None of our group (or my friend's group) have been able to get prizes for last Derby.
There was no mistake, we definitely 'won' race with over 30,000 points (had gold cup alongside our horse to show we were in first place) - only 2 horses were shown to be running in our race - how can we have been placed 8th (it initially said #11, then changed to #8).
A computer/computer game will only do what it is told/programmed to do - blame for this mess-up rests with Supercell game programmers!!!
When are we getting out 'rewards' for last Derby then Suoercell? [Or is this all a cunning 'plot' to get us to buy yet more diamonds to run Tom in next (presumably just as defective) Derby?]
I am so angry - wasted lots of time and effort - for what? Nothing, nadda, zilch, nought!

Should reset this weeks derby and gift us all 25-50 diamonds for the constant problems. As still don't know if I'll get the 230 points for the first task for this week or even if worth carrying on with this weeks second task, a fishing one!.

Having the same problem. Didn't receive any horseshoe prizes, even though we reached all five checkpoints.

The game told me we came in fourth place - even though we were in first place throughout the actual derby - so no top three prizes either.

Me too. I have submitted a ticket, at least I think I have, there was nothing in the game settings called a ticket but it said I could start a new conversation so I did that.

I kind of wish I hadn't picked a task for the new derby now in case something goes wrong with that.

If you have experienced any kind of problems with the Derby, please reach out to our support from the in-game settings menu. That way we can look into the issue. Seems like the Derby worked fine for most players, but then some have had some problems getting the rewards.

Thank you for the 10 diamonds and 5 axes. Appreciate Supercell's thoughtfulness in trying to make it better.

If you're willing, please update us on whether additional solutions will be coming. Missing out on the prizes after a whole week of work and anticipation is a real let down. Some of us are feeling reluctant to re-engage with the derby lest we get burned next week too. I know it can be difficult to predict, but some assurance that prizes will work next week would be most welcome.

I "started a conversation" too but several minutes passed before I realized I had to tap "send" to get the conversation/ticket to them lol. I hope support received it.

Our neighborhood placed first in the last derby with all but one horseshoe and none of us got any of the winnings? After the first derby ended there was a period of time to choose your rewards but not this time. So do we get nothing for winning the last derby?!?!

Diesmal konnte ich die Belohnung nach Derbyende nicht abholen. Das ist in unserer Gruppe kein Einzelfall.

Schon zum zweiten Mal konnte ich nach Start des neuen Derby die 1.Aufgabe nicht abschließen.
Beim letzten Mal musste ich die Aufgabe löschen und dann ging es. Auch das ist in unserer Gruppe kein Einzelfall gewesen.

Die Aussage, dass die Probleme nur Einzelfälle sind, will ich so nicht stehen lassen. Wann werden diese Bugs beseitigt?

My neighborhood didn't receive any rewards from the last derby. We were first place and reached all 5 goals. Which means we had 5 horseshoes and didn't get those either.

Members are also loosing their available tasks without actually completing them. Please fix this problem.

Derby ended 10.5 hours ago. Tons of posts describing same problem with derby rewards and fouled up results, yet still no acknowledgement from Super Cell. I realize bug fixes take time, but there's no excuse for remaining mute. Super Cell, if you're working on these new bugs, pleeeease let us know. If you're not, why not?

All these derby bugs are turning what was once a fun and relaxing game into a source of frustration and aggravation. Why would you roll out an update without first fully debugging the code?

I didn't get the extra reward for finishing first. We finished first but the "race finished screen" said 13th place. Others in my NH got their reward but I didn't.

Considering everyone just got 10 diamonds and 5 axes I would say the number of people affected is a lot higher then you're trying to get us to believe.

10 diamonds is nice and all but I had a gold voucher in my last tier of rewards and those cost 80 so not exactly equitable.

I had the choice of an gold voucher or a chicken balloon decoration. Neither of those go for 10 diamonds
