Came third last week, yet awarded 11th according to neighbourhood members. Also picked a truck delivery task for 230 points, completed it yet no points and a greyed our course\score tab!. Only 3 tasks listed as remaining as I picked a fishing 1 yet don't know if that's working as the task is not listed as active on the main game page!.
Derby issues!!!
We were 2nd place in the derby,way ahead of the 3rd place, but yet it says we finished 9th??? What's up with that??? No horseshoe rewards either and we should have gotten 4. Won't let me start the new derby either. Several people in our neighborhood were only allowed to do 3 or 4 tasks as well. They need to get these glitches worked out! There were problems last week also with the restart...

I have submitted a ticket. What I would like to know is, does everybody else in my NH have to submit one, too? I asked in my ticket to correct the problem for the whole NH.

I think more of an acceptance is required that there's been an issue -- suggesting that it worked fine for most players even in the face of a number of threads, this one 6 pages long already, and FB messages about the same issue seems dismissive of the issues a number of players have obviously had.
I reported it via in-game report first thing this morning as did other members of my nh.
FWIW I think some of the previous comments are a bit out of order, bordering on personal insults and people shouldn't be so quick to jump to name-calling and bad-mouthing what's a very good game that is normally very timely with it's maintenance/bug-fixing and compo for outages (kudos for those things).
It's pretty obvious though that a number of players that were actively playing the nh derby have had major issues.
In the case of my nh - we had approx. 31500 points just before the derby ended, 2nd place had just over 10000.
Yet when the derby closed all members of the nh that I've spoken to so far got a message saying we'd finished 14th and to try harder next time for a top 3 prize.
After spending so much time and energy winning the derby, including diamonds spent by some members to do a 6th task it was extremely disappointing to not be given the extra rewards for winning the derby.
There were other minor issues with the derby such as first task in new derby not registering correctly, but I think the major issue is with the lack of top 3 positions being awarded prizes.

Considering everyone just got 10 diamonds and 5 axes I would say the number of people affected is a lot higher then you're trying to get us to believe.
10 diamonds is nice and all but I had a gold voucher in my last tier of rewards and those cost 80 so not exactly equitable.
Exact same thing happened in our NH! We got 25,000 points and the #2 was far behind us with only 10,000 points. But when the game ended, no rewards at all. We got only 230 points and ranked #13. The recent maintenance did not fix it. We are all frustrated after a week of hard work. Please, please, fix it!!!

Can anybody advise me if I'm being a complete idiot? In our second derby we came third. Yay! I was therefore delighted to see a big gold cup sitting next to the derby field when I opened HD this morning. HOWEVER, although I was able to choose from two columns of prizes for getting horseshoes, there were no "extra prizes" for being placed third and, according to all SC's publicity, there should have been!
Am I being a plank and not seeing something or this an extra little glitch?
