Getting Attacked by higher players

Just got 3 stared from a higher TH lvl with lvl 5-6 troops. Major disadvantage for me because my stuff isn't a high enough lvl...I'm suggesting an idea that kinda balances out the playing field. Make a new TH based attack system plz so lower TH don't get rented from a 1 or 2 lvl higher TH. Gets really annoying when ur on a streak of wins in defenses and then a higher TH comes in with pekkas and lvl 3 dragons and basically 3 stars your base within a minute.

I am farming but the only ppl that attack me are 1 to 2 TH lvls higher than me and its getting annoying

Honestly like every idea has been thought of already by like 100 people so it doesn't really matter what people say, its already been thought of

Yea I know that feeling... Im max th8 but I still get run over by th9's and 10's. but farming is basically dead bases or bases that are lower than you for ez loot, and I can't complain because i do it all the time lol.
