I was thinking that there should be a bank we can build instantley, or whatever. And everyday there is a limit of how much elixar and gold you can deposit it in the bank (ex 500) AND it cannot be raided in an attack

Build instantly? I'm pretty sure this would get abused after dumping a lot of loot into the bank. Thus ruining clash of clans economy. Imagine raiding and searching only to find pewny offers of maybe 10-30k of a resource because all of it slowly was transferred into this "bank." Not sure if this is ruled out but I think it would be game breaking and abused to be added in the game.
