Actually I have already checked before posting this and it has no mention what so ever, perhaps you didn't know that the ruled out section is at the very bottom of the thread and it is clearly labeled with RULED OUT IDEAS.
Trust me if this was ruled out it wouldn't even be here for as long as it has.
