Consider adding archers and/or barbs in the TH for limited protection for defense. Allow up to 20 max spots, upgraded with TH lvl. The defender puts in own troops, cannot request higher lvl troops. Can only add archers or barbs. This will allow the THs that are put outside the walls for a little defense... Causing people that ATTACK to think twice about attacking the TH alone and ending the fight.

I hate it when guys leave th outside as a trap...i personally..make a point of leaving th and take all their loot...show them to earn a shield the expensive way....haha
