Archer tower upgrade. Plz read

Just a random thought for the archer tower. When it gets upgraded there are more and more archers on top the building, we should be able to switch the settings to have all 2-3 archers target just one troop at a time.
I have a lvl10 archer tower and each archer gives 75 damage, have all 3 of them fire at one given time and have a total damage of 225. The attack rate would slow down but not by a whole lot.
PROS
-can defeat enemies with higher HP a lot faster
-kill off archers, barbarians, wall-breakers, goblins in one hit
CONS
- takes longer to kill an entire hoard of archers, barbarians, wall-breakers, goblins

all archers attack the same target already the damage is per second not shot
