Clan Hopper Jumping deterrent- SIMPLE WAY: Player History button

What that do is that it makes people frightened even when they are bullied and they will be extra careful to go to a clan.

That is not going to be a significant number of people- and if people are more careful about whether to join a clan or leave a clan, then good. Player history is just that- the history of a player's actions. Things can be explained but it would allow clans to make more educsted decisions.

I'm surprised that no one has thought of this earlier, they should definitely put this into the game. I myself am a leader of a clan and I would really like to tell clan hopper from someone who could be a valued member.

Do you realize that as soon as supercell can delete your data they will? There are thousands of players, they can't keep 20 of their past records, maybe not even ONE

That could work, but the people who switch between 2 clans to talk to friends I would be handicapped
