But I don't understand how we to reach, If we both choose only 320 pts?

We are champion league and there are only 6 teams in our race. Do we have go for the top three in order to not be demoted? (Other wise we’ll end up in the last three places)

You don't say which league you are in.

But if you are in Champion league, you get 18 tasks each, so 36 in total. 36 times 320 is 11,520.

Even in Rookie league, you get 10 tasks each, so 20 times 320, which is 6,400.
