It would be very nice if heroes could be available for war even while upgrading. It is always best to war when you are at your best and war is fun only then. First heroes take too long to upgrade and second u can't use them when they are upgrading. This is annoying and people sometimes can't upgrade heroes because of war. It's fine u can't use them in multiplayer but please make them available for war. Otherwise, people who want always war can only war when they max out their heroes or they can't attack people of their level coz they will lose. When you have something u should be able to use it atleast for war.
