Anyway, the idea is in the right direction, but personally, I shy away from resource gains from defence wins, since it just seems odd to get loot after being looted.
But this is much better than the other ideas that are commonly proposed, either just said generically without much detail, or just bad ideas when thinking several steps into it (or just outright bad

).
I find the 4 defense wins limit per season a bit... small. Depending on the base, and League, you can honestly generate those amount of wins in 1 to 3 days. And yes, without going to the sub 200 trophy level area (That place is a frick'n CoC twilight zone I tell you!

Honestly I mixed feelings about it. It does help, but only so long as the loot is good. After depleting the seasons defense bonuses, I can see people going back to what they were doing.
However! Now that I think about it, it would show how much an improvement there could be to other issues relating to people hiding in shields and being afraid to time on thier raiding session. Supercell could actually see a cycle of improvement and relapse as the defence bonus restarts at the start of the season, and gets used up as time goes by. For awhile, there would be more targets as bases are more willing to be open to attacks, before closing back up again. They can adjust the average duration of bases closing up by just extending some factors.
Also there would be a sudden demand for defence win bases, like Newbie Troll bases, Town Hall Sniper Troll Bases, or Raider/Farmer Bait bases (akin to my TH7 base... loved the defence win on that one) if such a thing was added, so to milk the defence bonus loot as much as possible.
Bottom line: I see it as a good test feature, since it kind of bribes people to not turtle up under shields for a set time, and give Supercell some test data on feature effects that could be more permanent. Could make it into an event thing or something, with somekind of logic to help explain away the magic materializing money effect from winning with some plot device.
