    Trivia and Frequently Asked Questions
    *The name "Mage" is synonymous to "Wizard".
    *Even though the Volcano Mage does 25 damage per second at max level, this means that each of the four buildings he hits takes 25 damage per second. So, assuming the Mage is attacking 4 buildings at once, there will be a total of 100 damage per second cast.
    *The Volcano Mage has the second-longest range in the game, beaten only by the Archer Queen and tied with the Witch.

    I might have missed something but does the mage boost the other mages attacks? So if 3 mages attack a building they would do 75 damage per second each on 4 buildings and they affect other troops too. Is there a max amount of troops the can affect at once. It sounds like an awesome idea, I'd love to see it implemented. Maybe it could take 11 or 10 spaces because other troops don't as well as being able to fit 3 in a cc.

    Too overpowered

    While the idea behind the troop is solid, having a damage increase that spreads to nearby buildings and can stack is simply too over powered. Gowivm wouldn't see resistance and forcing an opentent to spread all their buildings out in an already tightly packed map just to counter this will weaken them tremendously. Stacking defense allows them to burn down golems quickly which would be needed for this.

    Maybe remove or reduce the spread. If you are going to allow a damage stack than reduce the % significantly. At 100% damage boost wizards would be two shotting everything.

    Finally, and this has been mentioned before, please change the name. Honestly volcano mage is absurd and it looks identical to the wizard. Maybe adjust that as well.

    Overall I like the concept but without some tweaks and in some areas overhauls I don't see this being implemented anytime soon.

    Thanks! No, the Volcano Mages' damage boost can stack, but the damage boost will not affect other Volcano Mages. Also, the Volcano Mage can take down as many troops as possible in one shot, as long as they are packed together because of his 0.3 tile radius splash damage.

    Okay, I have reduced the spread to two buildings at once, but he can still target multiple units if they are packed together.

    For your third part, hundreds of people have already said they don't like the name Volcano Mage! Maybe I would consider it if people actually suggested a new name instead of complaining about the one there is. Plus, I can't change the thread name, and Supercell can change the name of the troop if they want/choose to implement it.

    And for the artwork, this is just a rough sketch! I'm not even the one who made the artwork, so I didn't know how it was going to look like prior. If anyone can make a drawing of this troop that is better, be my guest. But again, out of all 770 comments on this thread, I'm getting tired with the constant complaining of the name and the picture, and not really focusing on the idea itself.

    Sorry about that Aluxtu, but I just took this as a chance to tell people to turn their criticism into CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Rant over. Deep breath.

    Why not just call it a pyromancer since that is essentially what it seems to be. Considering the first things you see are the name and the picture they will most likely receive the most feedback. I think the overall concept is interesting but I would need to see this unit in action to say for sure. 3 of these guys and a wizard following in the wake of a king and/or queen would pretty much burn everything down instantly in my mind but maybe not.

    Yes, it only weakens structures to ground units...but I guess I will make it ground and air, although it would be kind of hard getting the Volcano Mage to support your units with an air raid, it would only be useful with maybe Minions.

    To be honest, the Volcano Mage does sound like a really great idea, but if it were to be worth that much dark elixir I personally think it should have a lot more damage per second. It also has a lot of look similarities to the wizard, so try to change up the look a but.

    *Hitpoints decreased slightly across all levels
    *Range decreased slightly to 3.5 tiles
    *The Volcano Mage can now only target and affect two buildings at once
    *Training time greatly decreased to 10 minutes
    *Housing space decreased to 11
    *Damage slightly increased at level 2 and greatly increased at level 3
    *Damage boost slightly increased
    *Training time greatly decreased across all levels
    *Added image for my newer Inferno Spell at the bottom as a preview, as well as adding an image of the Volcano Mage on that post
