I have nerfed the HP at levels 1 and 2, but slightly buffed it at level 3. I realized that I never really took in consideration defenses when I was doing HP amounts, but now I have.
Level 1 | 105 HP | Can Withstand a Max-level Inferno for 2.5 seconds
Level 2 | 126 HP | Can Withstand a Max-level Inferno for 3.0 seconds
Level 3 | 168 HP | Can Withstand a Max-level Inferno for 4.0 seconds
Does it sound more balanced now?

But I figured I'd put in my opinion. another humanoid / straight clone of one of the existing characters would bum me out a bit. I do appreciate the concept of the character and the rest of of the work you put into it. Changing the graphic is merely a preference, your presentation of its mechanic are spot on.
I don't think that it should stack. It sounds broken to begin with. This would encourage people to bring more of them anyway.
I have only read the first comment yet and I have to agree. How about Pyromancer?
