All TH Levels:
Must have more multiplayer battles won than nice and tidy score (preferably 2x+ more)
War upgrades always prioritized over farming upgrades.
All offensive upgrades prioritized: maxed camps/spell factory/lab.
Defensive upgrades: must be maxing out AD's at all times.
TH6:
Must be very active (100+ attacks/season) and quick/willing to learn.
TH7:
Must use lvl2 dragon attacks to 3-star any TH7 and weaker-mid TH8's.
TH8:
Early TH8's should be using lvl3 dragon attacks to 3-star most TH8's.
Mid-Range TH8's must be upgrading hogs or pekka.
Near-Maxed TH8's must be using maxed hogs/gowipe/etc to 3-star any TH8
