Don't think these have been ruled out or mentioned in the sticky above ...
1) under village or war base edit, make it possible to select the whole base and move everything either left or right or even rotate it.
2) would not be helpful if we have somewhere to check how much more upgrades are available for townhall level you are currently in. eg: cannon ... 2 levels ... total cost
