I joined a new clan today and the clan was writing in another language that I don't understand, and I thought maybe beside that message that they wrote there could be a translate button and you could choose the language that you want it to translate to ? It would be easier for us people who speak another langauge or don't understand that one

What if it's a good clan and you like it?, it's not my fault I can't speak some other language, it would be a helpful thing.

And your saying I HAVE to join a clan that only speaks my language, to me that's stupid. You wanna join a clan with people around the world.

But if you really want to, check the clan recruitment threads.
Considering the clan information shows the location of the clan (for example, United States) you have a pretty good idea of what the dominant language will be. Implementing this feature would require HUGE resources, and rather pointless. Don't expect this to even be considered, sorry.

and WHY?
most players will be playing with their countrymen, and most that would go to international clans will have an "english language" rule
its "practically" impossible to code
it will mess up the servers
and it will "necessarily" benefit only less than .000001% of the player base
also, can you name a game that has a built in translator?
