After every war they should state who did the best and who did the worst out of everyone. This can tell the leader if he should not put that person in war next time or if he should keep this person in war.

I do something that gives a good representation of how someone did in the war. Just take the number of stars somebody got. (Use total stars so if somebody got 3 stars on a clean up attack where the base was already 2 starred give him 3 stars). Then subtract the number of stars that he gave up on defense plus the number of attacks his base took minus 2. That might be confusing...

Example:
I get a 2 star attack and a 3 star attack on offense: 5 points
I get 2 starred on defense: -2 points
It took 4 attacks to 2 star me: 4 attacks - 2 = 2 points
Total 5 points

Example 2
I get a 1 star attack and a 1 star attack: 2 points
I get 3 starred on defense: -3 points
It took 1 attack to 3 star me: 1 attack - 2 = -1 point
Total -2 points

I like doing it this way because it takes defense into account as well as offense. There are some people in my clan who are not very good at offense but they suck up a lot of attacks in the war. A few wars ago a town hall 8 in my clan got 1 star for us on offense but was only 2 starred on defense and it took 7 attacks to do that. He was still a value to the clan even though his attacks were bad.

His example:
1 star attack, 1 star attack: 2 points
2 starred on defense: -2 points
7 tries for the 2 star: 5 points
Total: 5 points

Worst possible score is a -4 and the best is a 104. I consider 5 points or better a good war, 1-4 a decent war and anything lower a bad war.
