% of attacks in clan war to count in clan matchmaking

as per subject, i think that keeping into account the percentage of attacks performed by a clan during the last wars (say last 3) should count in the clan matching for wars... my clan always makes 100% of attacks, even if the war is clearly won or lost.... but too often we find clans that are not that committed to wars, make few attacks, atc... this is not funny...

so i suggest that clans that have something like a 90% of total attacks, average, in the last three wars, are matched against a similar clan.. that would be a fair modification that would be very appreciated...

Any type of handicapping in this manner will force exploitation. For example, a clan can tell its lower members (who don't actually contribute much attack-worthiness anyway) to NOT attack...in order to handicap themselves into a tier of clans that don't actually attack, raising their win rate %.

The current system seems as fair as you can get without getting into a situation where you would be waiting forever for a match. If you come across a clan that doesn't attack back, that's their problem, not yours....take the win and move on. Some situations (with my clan at least), if we are hit too hard and know that we are overmatched, we might not use up the rest of our attacks and waste the elixir (or hit freebie bottoms for the 20% or so loss loot).

this is not SC's problem...

if you got an inactive member, either stick up with that member, or don't include him/her in wars (we were given opt in/out for a reason)

OP - You are a good clasher for wanting to face only tough committed clans. I like your spirit. Even if I don't agree with your suggestions I still wanted to say that.

thanks for your interventions... of course the details must be worked up, i'd like to share the principle that clans that are not commited in clan wars have a penalty of some sort in order not to be paired with clans that actually always fight...
