Old clan member left because being in wars was too hard on him. Half the clan left when he did. Now my husband and I run whats left of the clan.
Higher positions are earn though length of time in clan, donations to other players, being active and over all helpfulness. We will be looking for a few more co-leaders to help with starting wars and other admin type duties.
Don't ask for positions we will tell you if you've earned them.

Opt out of war if you aren't ready or don't want to participate, If you are in war and don't use your attacks its more than likely you will be kicked if it happens more than once. Don't feel bad if you attack and don't get any stars, you can always try again, grow and get better!
Don't feel that you have to donate, I know some people have lower level troops and don't want to donate to a higher level to upset them, Also be practicable with donating no one really wants goblins or wall breakers unless they asked for them. Don't be too picky with what troops you want not everyone wants to use their hard earned dark elixir. I know higher level troops cost more but they drastically help lower levels so as they say its better to give than to receive.
We're looking to make the game a bit funner, So we'd like to grow as a clan level up and maybe one day hit the top charts. It's always good to dream but more importantly to have fun. It's just a game.
