1. that will be unfair to those that do not want to be in your clan due to bad leadership or communication. It will cause them to sabotage your clan war by doing 2 things: 1. use up there attacks to get stars on bases already 3 star'd just to get a bonus. 2. 3. I'm assuming you want lower prices. I don't understand what "provided not stop the game" means. The prices are fine as they are.
