    Acc ♥♥♥♥ed! Need help

    My acc got ♥♥♥♥ed and I need help. I have already contacted Sc support.
    i have provided them with all the information they needed and they still haven't recovered my acc and I'm still waiting for a reply.
    This is the information they asked for-
    IGN- Pawars auza
    Clan name- Farmers of fury
    Xp- 131
    Th-10

    I think my ex-gf ♥♥♥♥ed my acc cus she still can use it. Please she is Hanna in that clan.. Maake her paay!!(Dont ban her though)

    I started playing in feb-March 2013, lost my acc around April 2014.

    She still plays on it but she says she cant store the village on a new gc acc for some reason.

    I received an email on this account on mail.yahoo.in that someone changed my Apple ID without my confirmation. I tried to answer my security questions and everything but they didn't match. Then i tried "I forgot my Apple ID" then it said my Apple ID doesn't exist.

    Sc support asked for my gems purchase receipt. I didnt have it so i showed the remaining balance that I had on my Apple ID to prove that I bought gems.

    Still awaiting for a response.
    My original request number is #7255518 and my current request number is #7514035.

    Please help me out if anybody has more information regarding this topic.

    Can't upload pics right now because my file upload manager folder is full and I can't delete the attachments I have already uploaded.

    ID really appreciate your help.

    You should not be posting all that information on forums, that should be between you and support via in game or through email, preferably in game

    Not sure where you got those ticket numbers as I can't seem to find it in our system? Might be me, though.
    However, if you already sent all the info they requested, they'll probably verifying that same info and will get back to you as soon as it's possible.

    blah blah blah.... Provided all the information that was required and... Just keeping my fingers crossed.
