I think it would be brilliant to offer leaders & co leaders their own private chat to be able to discuss things w/o members of a clan seeing. This way we can openly discuss plans w/o having to share personal emails and such.

TBH, I see no need. Anything we talk about can be heard by the members too no problem. I personally believe its better clan management if they can all hear what's going on.
But if they added it I am not going to be wrecked by that so if it makes others happy....
PS, if you feel really strongly you have to have this and its maybe not looking like its happening you can always go to one of the 3rd party messaging services to set something up.

I think they wont do this cause under ruled out it says under clan related not separte elder+ tab for chating.
