Requirments:
-level 40+
-Not a clan hopper
-Ranked between silver 2 and crystal 1 (anyone above or below won't be excepted into the clan)
-Be some what active in the chats in clan war (it's okay if you aren't but just try) and donate troops in order to become elder or co-leader
