It drives me nuts when a spy comes from the other clan and tricks you and kicks everyone in the war...this just happened so i think in war there should be a restriction that yiu cant join the opposite clan when you are the war but you can join after the war

Letting a spy in is partially your fault, sometimes there is trickery and you accept a member's alt. The best solution to combat this is to keep your clan closed or on invite only. Then accept only members you have spoken to in global or outside the same, and reject all others.
Now as for the kicking, well thats on you guys as Co Leader position should never have been given out so easily. Sorry you had to learn this the hard way, but hopefully you learn from this experience.
Recap: Spying is not ♥♥♥♥♥ing, it is just a strategy in WAR games. Take preventive measures and you will significantly reduce your risk of running into spies.
