Looking for adult clan mates who want to share the experience of starting a new clan

I am a TH9 lvl95 who has played the game for a while and has been in numerous clans. They all make promises of this and that but it usually turns into a clan full of drama and politics. I have gone out on my own and I am looking for mature adults (not all adults are mature) who would like to share the experience of starting a new clan.
Looking for experienced players who are active,enjoy chatting,discussing war strategies and hopefully have a sense of humor. I would like to war at least once a week maybe more depending on the consensus.
I admit it may be slow going at first but it should be worth it if we get the right people.
