How is losers clan wars bonus calculated with new clan perks bonus?

I m in level 3 but not getting any war bonus

This is true. I attacked a 495 k gold base and a 380 160 base... Got 875 160 in my CC. The only thing I can think of is that the 10% is intrinsecaly in the war win bonus of the base.

Yes the 10% bonus is already worked in when it shows what the base is worth.
