Clan Exp (OUTSIDE OF WAR)

So I realized after I saw the frequency of level 2 clans that my clan would never get there.
Why?
We don't war very offten. So other clans that are like us; they'll be missing out on all the perks simply because of their not warring belief.
My suggestion:
Clan exp for certain incentives outside of war. Such as)
Note: you can only recieve the exp once per season.
Donations
(Say my clan reaches a certain amount of donations. They'll recieve an amount of clan exp. To keep it from getting abused it can only be reached once per season and varies based off the clan size.)
2000 Donations= 100 exp (max of 15 members.)
4000 Donations= 200 exp (max of 30 members.)
8000 Donations= 300 exp (max of 50 members.)
Note: Not sure on what the exp and donation limit should be so post below with ideas.

New Members
(Say my clan receives 10 new members and they are present at the end of the season. My clan would recieve exp.)
5 new members=25 exp (Max of 25)
10 new members= 50 exp (Max of 50.)

I think its a good idea to maybe have some other way to receive clan exp outside of war. Someone also had the idea that there should be an achievement for how much clan exp you get for your clan
