Would anyone like to make a clan?

Hi my IGN is PARAM. I am level 78 and i want to make a level 70+ clan with a person. If anyone is interested, reply with your IGN(In Game Name) and your level.

Requirements:-
1.You must be level 70+.
2.You must have at least level 2 dragons.
3.The clan will be a war clan.
4."Friend In Need" must be completed halfway through. I.E- You must have donated 10000 or above troops.

I just made a new clan, It's town hall 7+ level 40+. I'm town hall 9 currently but I guess you could run it with me.
