Alright so my brother is a TH8 and some dude joined my clan and well he some how made himself leader , next he promptly hvcked my brothers account and changed his whole base and was tampering with all his defenses. He then made a duplicate of my brothers account and now he basically took over my brothers account. What I wanna know is how can I get him to get off or delete the account , when he gets on it says another device is connecting to the village and my brother has no control over his account anymore , I don't know what to do , contact supercell to have the account deleted ? The hvckers name is XioXam

Go to settings>help and support>give a picture of that players base> wait a few hours or days> he will get banned.

I'm sorry to hear that he fooled your brother into getting leadership and then obtained control of his account. I faced something similar to this a long time ago. Hopefully SC helps you resolve this issue.
