Hi my son made a purchase by accident and I am wondering if he gets banned from the game. He spent 2,000 dollars on the game. Apple is giving me a refund so will he have to start over with the game.

This is why you don't give kids access to your credit cards... Kids shouldn't have access to $1000's of dollars of spending power.
Unless he stole your phone or figured out your password or something like that. I heard that iPhones will save the purchase password for 15 minutes after input.
If he didn't spend the gems yet, they will probably just take them all. If he spent them already, they will probably have to reset his base and he will need to start over.

He is actually 13 turning 14 this september. What will happen to his account.
He will not lose his base or the gems, apple will refund you and you are lucky about it. Make sure he wont have access cause they will not refund you again.
He doesn't have to be 13+ to play, that just what the game says.
Many, many, many younger people play this game.
