PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE REQUESTING TO JOIN:
REQUIREMENTS:
-Any player can join! (must have a non-rushed base to participate in war)
-Must be active & loyal! (please no hoppers!)
-Must donate what is requested and ONLY what is requested! (If you don't have it, ask if you can donate something else)
-WAR Donations are very specific; DO NOT DONATE AT ALL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT!
-Must use both attacks in war.
-Must be able to follow war strategy (Do not raid those who you cannot 3 star; it may cost us the war!)
-Finally, you must be willing to do what is best for the clan.
WAR INFO:
We war continuously throughout the week. Usually, weekend wars are for the entire clan. Weekend wars are used to evaluate current members, work on attack strategies, and develop those with minimum experience. Wars during the week are reserved for those who prove themselves worthy of participating.
PROMOTIONS:
-IF YOU ASK FOR ELDER/CO-LEADER AS SOON AS YOU JOIN, CHANCES ARE YOU WILL BE KICKED! (just saying...)
-ELDER is earned by being consistent with war raids and donations. Also being an active, loyal, and mature member. There is no time limit involved with earning this promotion. Some will earn it faster than others; it is left up to the Leader & Co-Leaders to promote.
-CO-LEADER is earned through the requirements of an elder, PLUS showing leadership qualities and knowing how to run the clan. In order to become co-leader, you must be able manage the clan as if you were the Leader; knowing how the to run the clan, knowing how to determine war participants, knowing who has seniority in the clan and why they are there, knowing you will be with the clan for the long haul, knowing that when things get tough and go bad, you won't just run off and leave the clan to suffer, etc. etc...
THINGS TO NOTE:
-We are currently the only 'active' clan named FRESENIUS; you can search for us by clan name and you'll know which one we are..
-We are a group of people (mostly adults), who have lives outside of the game; We all have careers, families, and lives to deal with, so don't be deterred by the activity in the clan chat.
-I created this clan when I was working for this company (hence the origin of the name); We are a group of friends & coworkers (former & present) who enjoy playing this wonderful game known as 'Clash of Clans' and we would like for you to join with us!
