Rushers should be directly punnished for what they did. I think they should however be given a second chance, but make the penalties even higher, this isn't a get out of jail free card. Perhaps if say they had max level X-Bows then downgraded, the X-Bow is destroyed completely and they have to start from level 1 again. Also it should cost tons of gold and/or elixir to do this.
Only then will I accept that the rushers have been punished enough... If you're lucky.
i think it's a bad idea, just don't rush... and if you do that, get a new account
As the most who has rushed didnt knew what will be the circumstances. And if u do a wrong thing unknowingly then u should not be punished for it not at all. So i think it will be real help for rushers out there.
Fixing a rush wouldn't take as long as a full restart
