I've never heard anyone mention this before but how about a spell that would recall all of the units in its radius allowing you to redeploy them? Imagine being able to pull gowipe pekkas out of the core and then release them around the side of a base allowing you to pick up the easier percentages. Maybe higher spell levels heal 5% or recall more troops... I don't know.
