Clan Castle is about The Team work the leader leads clan to proper direction as help everyone to be better.
Well here is my idea that Clan castel has an Treasure chest Where Resources should be donated by all members wanted to. And we can use these resources for weak clanmates for the betterment of those fellows.

Plus another thing i come up with

A Option by which we can help clanmates like placing there building. We can set a limit like only 5 changes can be done in a day
This will help weak clanmates who suffering typical to what to do.
