Spell Upgrade

I think the spells should have strength/time upgrade like normal but the should make you upgrade the range too. So you must upgrade strength/time but starting small or upgrading the range so they can have a changing size as well.

I am pleased with their current ranges and would not want them getting bigger or smaller.
