Basically can we get a second spell factory? Max amount of spells stays the same (if you have a level 4 factory and level 2 factory, you still hold a max of 4 spells and cannot get freeze), but can train them faster. This also allows spells to be queued. Maybe have spells-per-factory queue cap out at 3 or 4? Or leave it a 5? I was thinking it could be unlocked at TH8 since it doesn't get a spell factory upgrade, but I feel like it isn't really needed until TH9. Maybe to balance this out a little, we can extend the spell creation duration a bit, so lightning and heal will take 45 instead of 30 mins, and rage, jump, and freeze will take 60 instead of 45 mins.
Point of this is to allow us to take more spells into battle (almost double the production rate) and use more spells per battle.
