When I was pushing as a TH6 I left them alone. I never made it to Champs so if I ever push again I'll steam roll them.
I just pushed to masters 2 days ago for the first time. I was only there for a couple hours because I dropped trophies after, but I did see one TH6 in Masters. He had a trapped Town Hall, so I just 3-starred him. Probably would have anyway.
