    Limiting clan creation.

Hello! I figured this would make for a somewhat interesting discussion.

Why can a new player(s) with bare bone CoC fundamentals have the ability to create and possibly lead a group of players?

I propose a level of 50(?) to create your first clan.

Any thoughts? That extend over one word.. please?

it is too easy to start a clan, always has been, but what are the odds that you would join a clan with 1 member who was level 20?

i like the idea of clans being more exclusive, but then it would become cut throat, leaders could kick anyone they wanted it just becomes a problem.

the clan perks thing may change all this when we start to get level 10 clans, but i'm hoping that there will be more added to this when we get some level 10 clans, like some exclusive things only level 10 clans can have, thus making clans more important while at the same time still available to everyone
    CLAN TAG #2QLP20VQ

I have three copies of pokemon, one for my Charmander, one for my Squirtle, and one for my second Charmander.

I wouldn't consider a level requirement of 50 exclusive, this is available to anybody with a sub-standard level of paitence, requiring a set amount of experience to be a leader really should become mandatory or at least a heavily increased gold cost for the creation of a clan.

The odds on me joining a clan with a lvl 20 lead are zero, because I'm now an experienced player, if I wasn't however, I would likely have joined unawares (fortunately, Have been with my clan since I started!).

Leaders can still go on rampages as they probably frequently do, however I'm sure many more clans and players fall victim to the choice of an inexperienced leader, such as promoting the wrong people to CO as an example.

Level 10 clans are great, it doesn't particularly bottleneck anybody as you can reach lvl10 on losses, and it seems either way you go about hitting 10 you and your group will be looking to invest near to a year anyway, given that investment I'm expecting these clans to be cut throat to say the least.

This doesnt make any sense. Clans are the best part of Clash and if new players can't experience leading their own, they might quit the game. SC doesnt want dat

And most new players have no experience leading their own, this leads to others getting disheartened and potentially quitting.

And I'd actually counter that making a level 50 a requirement would bring more drive and motivation to a player, the amount of inactive clans with lvl50 or lower players is astounding.

I would also counter that leading on your own from the get go is typically a poor choice for the majority & you will benefit tenfold from a good leader and a good clan before you opt to make your own.

Clans are not designed for the one, you can lead on your own, sure, you will probably get burnt out fast however.
