Include an option in town hall level 8 or 9 to assign a number of builders to one upgrade in order to reduce build time. Eg: x-bow 1 builder = 7 days!! 2 builders = 3.5 days etc. .... With this option players will have to think strategically what they wish to upgrade fast or not..
In Theory its a decent idea, but I like the longer building times. sure a lv3 xbow takes 2 weeks but thats 2 weeks to raid another 7 mill gold for the second one and not to mention other gold for other projects. Thats another problem, yeah you can have 2 builders working on one at the same time, but that also means the second builder won't be doing anything else.
