Is it possible to get the rating that is used for war matchmaking posted on a persons profile or status bar as an icon? XP level is too inconsistent with the actual base lvl and adds no value.
It appears the formula to assess a villiage's structure level is already in place, so I assume it could easily modified to calulate based on a scale. I would recommend a scale from 1 (TH1 with nothing) to 1000 (max TH10).
The value would apply an icon where that blue star is behind a persons XP level # that covers a range, similar to how trophy lvl icons work. You can't see exactly someone base level, but you could do a war with all Gold II bases for more consistent matchmaking. I do that anyway, just takes longer to view everyones base.
