Looking for a co-leader to help run a clan with me!

My ign is Kinley
My th lvl is 6 but i'm maxing out and am almost done!
my lvl is 49 but i'll be 50 soon!
the clan i want to make will be called TheEliteAlliance and is a lvl 50+, non-cussing, twice a week war clan.
the trophies don't matter but u have to be a lvl 50+ and must have a lvl 6+ th
elder is earned by donating 2000 troops in one season and co is not an option.
in war we pick the top 10 on friday which is the Elite War then there is the Clan War which is all in unless u dont want in and is sunday.

i will pick a co in 2 days and star the clan then.
plz tell me your th lvl, lvl, and you cannot be rushed!
im am not interested in joining other clans atm unless for helping run the clan!
