Off map extra storages

So this will also tie into a new idea I will be posting. Since the south-west portion of the Clash map is connected to water, I am thinking of a "Docks" idea where there will ship related support group.

One of those ships will be a storage tanker / ship-thing that will store extra loot off map so it will be safe no matter what. The total loot will also list what is in the storages off map. I think this more of a troll move but I think it will be funny to see 500k gold/elixir but you only take 450k because 50k is off map.

I have not thought out how much per ship level per town hall level per upgrade it will be but you guys can figure it out or post ideas below. :P

Now ... to write the docks / ships idea .... =.=

EDIT: found the ruled out attack/mechanical ships idea. nevermind. but this idea is neither attack nor def ... it's neutral :P

Hiding loot is a terrible idea. Either spend it , defend it or dump it into walls like the rest of is.

Hiding loot for major upgrades like those xbows and inferno towers ... If I am going to get 3 starred by some max th10, I'd rather save more via hidden loot.

For once, hidding Elixir and Dark Elixir is already doable to a limited extent (not saying how, but less than a million Elixir).

Also, a large amount of your loot is already 'hidden'. You can only lose a small percentage per raid, and at a point, that lootable amount is capped, so past that point, any more gold, elixir, and dark elixir gained does not add to the stealable amount of resources.

But that is little comfort, since even that amount is a pain, especially of raided repeatedly.

(Shameless plug) Instead of hiding loot, why not see about making the defense aspect less of a pain. I have a new thread up on the topic, buried by spam. Proposed Defence Revamp

Of course, to protect the very little loot that is available. In my logic, this is more like a buffer zone in which one cannot take so that elixir could be used to train troops during war after a large upgrade. On the other hand, it can be useful to hold a bit of secured gold. I do believe this will be more beneficial to lower players in the Gold and Silver area. If you are not a th7 or th8 in silver/gold area. There are numerous high level players attacking low levels. I just hope that this bit of secured loot will be an aid to those town halls in those highly bullied areas.

2) Beneficial? ...
Like I said above, it will be more beneficial to lower players. (i know, i know. In the original post I thought of the high players saving loot in Masters [or something] but as I pondered on the idea, this might be a much better item for the lower players so the higher players would stop hounding them in lower leagues.)

Off map storage would be a big mistake. What you are asking for is a free pass on parts of the game you are supposed to be working for.

The object of the game is that it is up to YOU to protect your loot. No one else. Getting some of it stolen on the way is just part of the challenge. What you are supposed to do is set your base so that you can minimize how much they get. A better fortified base builds itself up faster than a rushed one for sure.

If you are having trouble raising the loot for inferno towers because its too easy for guys to come in to steal than set the inferno aside while you upgrade the other stuff. Then when you go back to raising loot for inferno it will go better. It is their intention that you have to build up some stuff to get yourself to other stuff.

To pre answer some of your concerns.....

• "But its too hard" - Its no harder for you than it is for the million other guys that got their infernos. If you have a rushed base that makes it harder of course, but the answer to that is to catch up your base before rushing to any more new toys.
• "But I want my inferno now" - Gem if you really want a shortcut, otherwise you have to take the normal path so many others have.
